ERIC C. FLEMING

Founded the Law Offices of Eric C. Fleming P.A. in 2012. Eric, a fourth-generation Florida Native, received his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University School of Business Administration after earning a B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of South Florida College of Business Administration where he graduated Cum Laude and as a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Eric’s background includes experience in commercial construction, complex real estate fraud litigation, and real estate finance.

Eric is a member of the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, Sarasota County Bar Association, and the Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund. Eric engages in litigation topics which include, but are not limited to, construction law, contract disputes, complex real estate fraud, restrictive covenant enforcement, general real estate and homeowner’s association disputes.

Apart from litigation, Eric counsels his clients on legal issues associated with corporate governance, residential real estate transactions, commercial sales and purchases, commercial and residential leasing, mortgages, construction, easements, liens, surveys, boundary disputes, land trusts, joint ventures, and other real estate matters. His clients include corporations, boards of directors, homeowner’s associations, buyers, sellers, developers, lenders, investors, real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, title insurance agencies, landlords, and tenants.
